Function: manifestDefinition()

manifestDefinition(options): Promise<ManifestDefinition>

Builds the manifest definition of ops[0..index) of log. The mapping lives in the core and is the same in the native CLI (sealpixel render --c2pa): the plan, which is the folded log, decides the actions; a stage from a plugin kernel outside the core is c2pa.edited with the plugin's name; a redact region passes through the crop into output coordinates.
