Runs every check, then renders. Every failure is a SealpixelError.

Renders the manifest's log on the original again and compares, check by check. A failed check is a false in the report. It throws only for what makes the attempt impossible: a manifest it cannot read, an original it cannot decode or that is over a limit, or an abort.
